Mini Beauty Haul & Reviews

21:49

Its been a while since I've featured a beauty haul on here, any blogpost on here for that matter (oops) but seeing as I've had chance to road test my latest purchases (admitedley mostly repurchases) I thought that I'd share my thoughts on my Boots splurges and a kind gift.
Real Techniques Miracles Complexion Sponge - I didn't realise how much I'd love this. For a mere £5.99 this does an excellent job at providing you with a flawless base as it helps to smooth out harsh lines, providing a more natural looking base with your foundation. If you find that your foundation can look heavy and cakey upon application, I'd definitely urge you to try this.

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder - This is an old favourite of mine. Perhaps a boring feature however my thoughts don't change and I continue to rely on this to set my makeup and keep oil at bay.

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural - I was very kindly treated to this by my Auntie and I'd forgotten how much I loved it when I tried it first back in 2010/2011. More finely milled than the Rimmel, this is hardly detectable on thie skin but almost 'blurs' over your makeup to set it.

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer -Another antique of my favourites. A bargain concealer that easily covers spots and blemishes and one I also use under my eyes and as a highlight. Many find this too heavy under the eyes however with my No7 Dark Spot Corrector that provides a smooth base, I only need a small amount to sweep under my eyes.

All in all a successful Boots haul (ooh what a mouthful)! What have you been buying recently?
